Professional Sauna and Massage Body Belt
The sauna belt is considered to be a self-proclaimed “portable sauna”. It works by forcing heat around your waist, helping to relieve aches and rheumatism while encouraging your body to sweat. It is not always intended for weight loss, but the company’s claim is that this should occur due to loss of water weight through sweating.
This portable sauna is great for the abdomen, waist, back and hips. To use just apply the sauna belt around the chosen body part and let the belt do all the work. It will stay firmly in place with the secure Velcro attachment.
I would like to tell you how to use the sauna belt in the following. Firstly, sit down in a comfortable location near an electrical outlet if your unit comes with an electric plug. Open the belt by pulling on the Velcro straps and sliding them through the belt’s plastic buckle. Place your belt over your desired body part, such as hips, arms or abdomen etc and apply the straps through the belt buckle and Velcro sections. Make sure the sauna belt hasn’t been creased or folded. Also, to prevent cutting off circulation, it shouldn’t be too tight.
Secondly, locate the temperature regulator on the remote control and battery unit and make sure the sauna belt temperature is switched to “off”, Plug in or place the batteries inside the unit to active the belt.
Thirdly, turn the dial on the remote control or battery unit so that it is turned to the highest heat. This will allow the belt to heat up to the 95 to 160 Fahrenheit temperature range. Wait five minutes before lowering the temperature to your desired heat setting. Reduce the heat setting if the sauna belt is uncomfortable or too hot for your skin.
Lastly, allow the belt work on the body area for about 20 to 40 minutes before turning off the temperature and removing the belt. Unplug the belt and lay it on a flat, hard surface out of the reach of pets or children in order to allow the belt to cool down. Use a towel to remove any sweat on your body and wait at least 20 minutes before showering, eating or drinking cold drinks.
